Mr. Vannak PRUM, Founder & Executive Director
I previously worked for the NGO based in the Centre for Child Development since 2009. Firstly teaching computer skills, then promoted in 2011 to become the Shelter Manager. In 2013, I was again promoted to be the project manager for the Violence Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Programme (VSAE Project) which covered both the street and center based programmes. Additionally, I have 5 years experience in the governmental sector as a Child Labor Inspection Officer and more than 7 years experience in private schools leading as a managing director. I hold a bachelors degree from Norton University, Phnom Penh, Cambodia in the field of Management.
I am also trained in: NGO-Governance, Professionalism and Accountability (GPA); Project Proposal Writing; Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E); Leadership and Management; Parenting Skills and Child Rights; UNCRC and relevant Law; Self Awareness, Trauma and trauma healing in children and problem analysis; Policy and Minimum standards for the protection of the rights of victims of Human Trafficking; Policy and Minimum standards for Alternative Care; Successful Reintegration Processes; Protecting Children from Tourism Destination; and Staff Motivation. I have good practical management skills gained from both NGO partners and the public sector.
Mr. Chanthy CHEV, Education Manager
I hold the position of Education Manager at the Developing Skills Organization (DSO). I hold a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Others Languages (TESOL) at Pannasastra University of Cambodia (PUC) and also an Associate Degree in Business
Administration in Management at Human Resource University (HRU).
I have significant experience in teaching English in the private sector including at the Center for Child Development (CCD); at the Modern English Kindergarten and Primary School-4 (MEK&PS-4); at the Dombok Khpous International Language Center (DKILC), as well as a tutor of English personally.
Additionally, I also have training in: ToT Training of Trainer; Basic Counseling, Child Right and Child Development; How to become a great Manager; Staff Motivation, gained from NGOs partners and the private sector.
Mr. Phiroun TEP, Outreach Manager
I hold the position of Outreach Manager at the Developing Skills Organization (DSO). I hold a bachelor of Art (BA) degree in public law at Cambodian University of Specialties (CUS).
I have significant 5 year experiences in a Social Street Team Leader in Cambodian Children Against S
tarvation and Violence (CCASVA) and over 7 year experiences in Social Worker. Additionally, I also have trainings in: (ToT) Training of Trainer, Training Workshop on Mainstreaming Child participation, Basic of counseling, How to become a great manager, Policy and Minimum Standards for the Protection of the Right of Victim of Human Trafficking, Counseling and Psychology of child Development (NGO-CRC), Prevention of child sexual Exploitation Abuse, Trafficking and HIV AIDS Epidemic, Leadership and Public Speaking of Norway).
